Section 8 as a landlord

Hey everyone. First post here, and just about to close on my first rental property. The property will be Section 8, and what I was wondering is if anyone has modified their rental application specific for section 8? Do you use the same application across the board? Does anyone have an application I could take a look at? Thanks!
