Multliple roommates applied, one has credit score issues

Hi everyone.  I'm fairly new to renting a home.  I'm sorry if this posted twice, I can't find confirmation of my previous post.  We had 4 application of young ladies who want to be roommates.  They all look to have good credit scores except one.  Any tips for breaking the news to the group?  Also, am I reading the credit report correctly? she only owes $64 on one account and $48 on the other?
