How to complete a Deed Transfer

Hello all,

I purchased a property back in February but I was deployed overseas and had it placed in my moms name. My question is what is the process to transfer the property from her name to my LLC? I have looked on the forum and I see a few mixed reviews. I look forward to your thoughts.

@Davian M.--maybe not so fast on the Quit Claim.  I understand it's you Mom, but if Mom has a judgment against her (she might not even know about it) that might become a lien on the house.  Transfer the title and that sticks to the house and the entity taking title.  Do a title search to be sure it's clear/clean.
