Delaware house that is rented, non payment of rent.

I hope that someone can help me on this question. I recently rented out my house and moved back with a relative out of state. I have not legally changed my address and my renter is late again, almost a month now.

This is my primary residence and I am now thinking that I need to evict them. Since this is my residence and I have not purchased or rented another place I am wondering the process.

I did not have a lease drawn up and made only a verbal agreement, month to month. The state of Delaware website does not give very much information on month to month.

Thank you,

Steve
