Experience/Opinion on Purchasing Rental w/ Well Water Source?
I am currently analyzing a rental property in Ball Ground, GA. One of my clients is purchasing a mobile home on 2-acres leased for $750/mo and the tenants want to stay indefinitely. The purchase price is $57,000.00. The entire street and surrounding streets are all have a well as the water source. Based on what I saw, this property has no potential of being ported over to public water. In your experience, how detrimental is a well being used as the water source, and based on this quick run-down, is this still a decent buy?
