Adding value: coin-operated washer/dryer and garage/storage

I have started to invest money into real estate recently, and I am writing to see if any seasoned investors could recommend where to purchase coin-operated laundry machines, both washers and dryers. I will need two of each. If there are any people who know of where to get cost-effective refurbished or brand-new appliances near me (Milwaukee, Wisconsin), your insight would be very much appreciated. I am thankful for your time and consideration.

Great Lakes Commercial is a good one.  I honestly don't recommend leasing coin appliances. There's a monthly fee, plus a service call fee, and they take a high percentage of the coin revenue.  You're better off buying outright new, locally servicing them, and collecting the $ yourself.  Way further ahead.
