Where can I get both Neighborhood Class and Price to Rent Data?

My market has basically priced me out.   (I can occasionally find deals but the price to rent ratio is no longer what I want) .   So I am strongly considering looking at other areas with good neighborhoods and strong price to rent ratios.  (I like the 1% rule) .  Where can i get both city or neighborhood rankings and the ability to search by price to rent ratios?    Does corelogic maybe provide this information?    Is there another service?   Seems like I could save a ton of time if I could say start at the state level then sort by city ranking and price to rent ratio then narrow down even to neighborhood then start searching for deals.
