I would like to seek help if this deal structure is a good one.
The property asking price is $99,900. Rent is $1,200. My offer is going to be $90,000. I would like for some one to help me analyze this deal. The down payment is 15% at a 4.75% int. I am new at investing. Thank you in advance.
