Leasing land for horses

I am closing on a new primary residence next week that has some acreage, a nice 3-stall barn, and a riding ring.  I am not a horse person, and don’t necessarily aspire to become one.  I’ve talked to a few people that are into horses, and have learned there may be a market for leasing this type of property.  Any BPers have any first-hand experience with this?  Where do I find a lessee, advice on terms, contracts, etc.?  Pitfalls, watch outs?  Thanks in advance.
