Tenant Cloud issue - description not carrying over to websites

Hoping some Tenant Cloud users can comment -

I listed 2 properties through TenantCloud a month or so ago and the property description I wrote carries over to all the marketing websites (zillow,hotpads, ect).

The last 2 properties I listed the description is not carrying over to any marketing sites. This causes me headaches because I am answering questions that would be in the description.

Tenantcloud has been less then helpful - they just say they contacted zillow and they are waiting for a reply and they never reply. I dont think its a zillow issue because its not working on any of those sites.
