Tampa Rental investing

Hi All,

Looking to invest in first rental property around TAMPA area .. shortlisted areas - Brandon, Lutz, Wesley chapel & land o lakes and have couples of questions –

-Anyone who invest in Tampa what you think about the shortlisted areas and any other areas you suggest?

-Descent property without any work to do is NOT less than 240K & with all the cost involved to maintain and up keep of the property the only profit is long term property appreciation that also in 5 to 10 years’ time so the question is – is this the right time to invest ..where the return is only in long term appreciation?

-What’s your strategy in investing in Florida?

Thanks a lot, in advance for your suggestions
