My Face When a Tennat Try's to Tell Me the Law ! LMAO

Previously, a tenant tried to withhold rent without a proper written notice, nor a escrow account and verbally not even a valid excuse. Just coming up with whatever he can to pay rent late. This is my face on the other end of the phone. LMAO...
