Month-to-Month Lease agreement for house hacking in CA

Hi BP community,

I am excited(and nervous) that I will be house hacking for the first time in my life. While I have 2 other SFH rentals, this will be the first time renting out a room in the house that I live in.

With that said, I am wondering if anyone from the community would be willing to share their month-to-month rental agreement that they use when renting out a room. I'd also appreciate any other insight that you all may have from your past and present experiences. Also, I'm curious as to what to specifically include in the agreement, and if you need to legally define the room that they're staying in. Thank you in advance for your time and effort in helping me!
