Home warranty on rental properties

New investor looking to acquire my first property soon. I have yet to add a contractor & handyman to my team. I currently use a home warranty company (Super) for my personal residence and have had a very positive experience with their responsiveness and quality of contractors they partner with. I pay an annual fee and a $75 dollar deductible per issue, until the problem is repaired or replaced. I am wondering if any investors/LL have used this strategy and what their experiences were when using a home warranty company for a rental property.
