Considering investing in southern KY around Lake Cumberland areas. (Russell county, Adair County etc) Are there any investors, property managers, landlords or realtors who have advice for the area?

Mainly wondering:

1. Recommended contractors?

2. Recommended inspectors?

3. Recommended appraisal companies?

4. Average rents?

5. Turn around time to fill vacancies?

I’m doing the research as well, but if there’s anyone out there with experience in that area of the state I’d love some feedback!
