Best Rental Makrkets in Florida

Hi,

I am a RE investor based in Miami. I manage my own properties here and I also own a couple SFH in Jacksonville but only in 1 zip code but I am not very familiar with other areas.

I would like to know where is a good market today to keep looking for rentals. Any suggestions? I know having a good Realtor helps... thank you in advance!
