Do you add tax to your monthly rent amount in Colorado?

I have a property in Arizona that the PM added a city rent tax of 1.75% ($21) to the stated monthly rent amount ($1195) so the tenant has been paying $1216 per month.  I am screening tenants now for a property in Colorado I will manage myself and wondering if I should add tax to the monthly rent amount or just invoice rent at a flat rate?  What has everyone else been doing and is this common in Colorado?
