Having trouble finding tenants

Sash Sharma
Posted

Hi guys,

This is my first post here and kind of need some input from the existing members regarding my rental listing in Greenwich, CT. I put the rental listing up on CL, and Zillow and it has been close to 2 weeks and the response is very slow. I have had 10 -12 people inquire but there's no follow through except for one couple who showed up.  The unit is great unit and the rent is reasonable but I am finding quality tenants extremely hard.  Half of them never respond when you ask about their credit.

Here's the CL post.

Any suggestions /ideas ?

Thanks

The photos are great, I too suggest changing photo number 2 and making it the primary.

Typically if your phone is not ringing or the you are not getting email responses you will want to lower the price a bit.

Also I would suggest Facebook advertising if you belong to a local page that supports rentals or community  news use that as well.
