Multi family investments in Moses Lake WA

Hi, I’m based in Everett WA and investing in multi family properties. The high purchase prices are causing me to look at eastern Washington. I’ve found a few duplexes out there that look like good cash flow but I don’t know the area real well. Can anyone recommend a good area of Moses to look at or a better city on the I90 corridor? I also need a great property manager to run them!

 Yeah that is an area known as the base. those are all formally military housing in there from when the airport used to be in Air Force Base. The rents in that area are the lowest in the Moses Lake area and I don't think you would actually be able to turn a profit with that purchase price. That is actually more expensive then in the higher rents locations.
