Long Distance landlord from BC to Sask

We have several properties locally. (Vancouver area)

Priced to high to cash flow. Found a small town in Sask.

Landlord tenant relationship is hard when far away. Local handyman and services etc. are there. Stable and nice town. Homes are 20-50k, rent for $750-$1,100 plus utilities. Move in ready.

Finding Property Mgr is impossible?

Cash flow is more than 50%

How have others done this being long distance landlords?
