How to kick out someone you let stay in your basement

So last September, I let a guy that was an old friend that was desperate and needed a place to stay move into my basement for $250 a month cash until he got on his feet very soon. Long story short it’s now the end of April and he hasn’t payed me for the last 3 months straight, still doesn’t have a job, and also won’t leave when I’ve asked him to multiple times. He says he has “renters rights”. I’ve already gone through the eviction process and the court date is April 29th. I also found out he is selling drugs out of my house when I’m not around. I plan on renting this house out and buying another one as soon as I can get him out! I know I did this to myself , and I can’t go back but PLEASE IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?! He absolutely won’t leave until the cops come and force him out I just know that’s where it’s going to go.
