Section 8 lease agreement.
While on section 8, can your landlord have you pay for the sewer bill without you having signed the new lease agreement? Mind you, on the old lease agreement the landlord was paying a portion of the sewer bill. Now they are changing things around. But a new lease has yet to be signed. Will be looking forward to hearing from you guys for your help concerning this matter.

When you are under contract, nothing can be changed unless all parties agree to it. If you haven't signed the new agreement, it is unenforceable and you will still be under the old agreement.
Keep in mind that you can't live in the home and continue avoiding the Landlord or refusing to sign the new agreement. If the old agreement expired and you refuse to leave or sign a new agreement, the Landlord has the right to evict you.
