I am looking for a property Management company in Dayton, OH.  I'm looking to purchase my first rental there and any information would be helpful.  I'm looking for a solid company that doesn't charge crazy fees to the tenants.  Also one that might have good networks in place for any work that might need to be done.  Thanks in advance.
