When and How we can raise the rent since the lease will be expire

Hi everyone , my lease with current tenant will be expired in July . When should we know we can raise the rent ? My property is located in Rancho Cucamonga in California .

Your state landlord tenant codes, which you should have a copy of, will determine proper notice guidelines for rent increases. Do not rely on the advice of others, learn your state codes, all of them.
