What are some good lenders in the Ohio area?

So I currently have over $250,000 in cash and over 7 figures in the stock market, yet when I check rates for investment rentals — I’m getting like 5.5-6%. This essentially kills my return. Anyone know of any decent yet cheaper lenders in Ohio?
