BRRRR refinancing question...2 at the same time?

Joe Meares
Posted

Hi guys! Question about BRRRR, specifically refinancing. I'm coming up on my first cash out refinance attempt in April, but I have another house that will be ready for refi in June. Do any of you have experience doing two at the same time in order to pay only 1 loan origination fee? I've heard this is an option, but haven't really seen it explained in any of the books that I've read. Might make sense to just wait until June to do both at the same time if possible.

Appreciate any feedback you might be able to give!

Joe
