Estimating Contractor cost

Danny Crawford
Posted

Greetings BP Members. I'm new to investing and I just purchased a Townhouse Condo to BRRRR. I'm currently in the Rehab phase and waiting for the contractor to come back with a quote on the cost. I gave him a list of materials and appliances that I want and it came up to about $15,000. How much do you think I would be charged all together? I'm getting new flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances, lighting, painting and bathroom. My condo is 1050sq in CT. any insight will be greatly appreciated.
