Oregon- Should I renew tenant with all new forms due to new law?

I live in Oregon, and it's time to renew my tenants and increase the rent.  Oregon passed some new laws around rent increases, as well as changed some of the general terms.  The document company I go through incorporated these changes into their new forms, and I'm wondering if I should renew the tenant by having them sign the new forms, or simply have them sign the recently updated renewal/rent increase form that the document company provides.  I'm leaning towards having them resign all of the forms, however I just wanted to be sure. Thanks!

Wade, If only renewing lease and increasing rent then not much to worry about.  Evictions and notices are the big items to know now with the new laws.  As Mike said, "does not require lease changes."

With these new laws though, it does give you a new chance to study the laws and implement it into your rental program.  After all it is a good idea to know the new laws and not wing it when something comes up.

I personally do not think the new laws are a big deal.  Just know them and you will be fine.
