How Do You Collect Your Rents From Tenants?

Hey everyone,

Just curious the ways you collect your rents from your properties? Do you use software? Does programs you use cost you a lot ? I'm trying to think of a way to collect without waiting for a check in the mail, etc.

Looking forward to your responses.

Thank You

There are quite a few posts on the forums so it may be worth a search through there.  But overall, some of the most popular internet based ones are cozy.co (free service) and buildium (paid service with a lot of additional features that you may or may not ever use).

There are some other ones out there, but these are the two I am familiar with and the ones I see other people mention regularly.
