Home Insurance for Investment in Atlanta

Hello BP community.  I am currently under contract and looking for a good insurance company in the Atlanta area.  I had a company lined up but they have been very poor with communicating.  I am looking for one that offers flood insurance without breaking the bank.  Thank you!
