I would like to know How i could go about getting a commercial grant. I would love to provide affordable living for people with disabilities.

1. Is it a good idea ?

2. How can I do this ?

3. Guidelines ?

4. Good resources ?

I think it would be great for someone with a desire to fill that niche.  Just be careful to know the related laws cold, as a mistake in this area may be a very costly lawsuit.
