Just started renting my 3 units on; COZY.CO

I just started using Cozy.CO to allow my renters to pay online and also share important notices and vet tenants. 

Have you all used this service? What do you think? I'd love to hear about it.

I do, love it. 

Only issue I have is it takes Cozy several days for them to deposit the rent into my account, vs Zelle / Chase QP. 

I also used Cozy to screen new tenants as well.
