Key access for vendors
I self manage a few properties that are about an hour away. I’ve had a few issues come up lately where I’ve had to quickly coordinate vendor access and have been at the mercy of when the tenant will be home/ will be available to leave a key somewhere. I’m looking for any recommendations on products that could be used to give vendors emergency access when needed. One idea is an old-school realtor lock box. Anyone have experience with electric locks that you can generate a one time use code for? Any recommendations are appreciated.
