I was hoping to get connected to a real estate attorney that is local to Akron, OH? I own quite a bit of rental properties so main usage would be evictions but also looking over or drafting agreements if putting a creative solution together to purchase or sale.

I think Bill Chris at Roderick Linton Belfance does evictions. I'll also suggest the Maguire Legal Group in Tallmadge. For more business-related/transactional stuff, perhaps Buckingham Doolittle & Burroughs or Brennan Manna & Diamond.
