How much should a Property Manager have for discretionary repairs?

What is a reasonable amount that you would permit a PM to expense at their discretion.

I have a property manager suggesting $300 for a single repair. Since the home is new and under warranty, I would not expect there would be much maintenance in the first couple of years.

What have others (who use property managers), negotiated as their discretionary repairs?
