Inherited Tenant Welcome
Hello community!
Closing on my second rental property this week and first with an inherited tenant. Currently, the tenant is filling out an estoppel and the rent is at market value so we are good there. However, the current lease is good through December (9 months). I was hoping someone could provide me with their experiences welcoming and on boarding an inherited tenant. The tenant has rented this property for 5 years and never missed a payment, and overall seems to be a very quality tenant. I would like to insure this process is smooth for the tenant and helps them feel welcome.
Any advice is much appreciated!
Kevin
