Call from Dish One asking if we have any MTM leaseholders

Took a call today on the office line from Dish One. Lots of complaints around the web about this number. They specifically asked me if we currently had any "Month to month" or "3 month" lease terms with any tenants. They tried to make it sound like a market survey from CoStar or CBRE.

I didn't oblige their request of course.

Any experience with this? I can't figure out what their end game is.
