Pros & Cons of 4 bed 2+ bath vs 3 bed 1+ bath rental properties
Hello all, wanted to know what are the pros & cons of buying a 4 bed 2+ bath rental property vs a 3 bed 1+ in Memphis TN or other areas? Are 4 bed faster or harder to rent plus other pros & cons?
