My offer for accepted. Can I not renew lease and move in?

Today my offer for accepted for a duplex in Sarasota Florida. The duplex has two tenants right now.

I want to move into one of the units. The tenants have been there for more than 10 years. Is there any law that would prevent me from not renewing their lease? The property is in Sarasota, Florida

Not sure how things work down in Sarasota, but in most areas, you would have to give the tenants a notice of non-renewal at least 30 days in advance of having them move out. Serve the notice at least 30 days before the lease ends have them move out once the lease expires.
