Should I Install Pavers or Concrete Patio for Rental Property?

Kelly Mae
Posted

I just bought a rental property. The backyard is all dirt and needs to be hardscaped. The quote I got for concrete and pavers are the same price. Pavers look a lot nicer than concrete but I worry about weeds popping out through the damaged joints down the road and are harder to clean and maintain. Should I go with concrete or pavers? The yard is fairely small. I wanf something that is durable, easy to clean and maintain. Thank you for input.

Concrete for a rental.  No one can walk away with a concrete patio.  They can walk away with pavers.  (yep...has happened)
