Getting responses to a property for rent comparison

I put up a 2 bedroom for rent . It was put up on zillow I have had 2 responses in 2 days . I put it up on craigslist , 1 response . I put it up on facebook marketplace and I have had 22 responses . The phone is dinging like crazy , people are responding at 1 am .   I am also clearing my shop of excess tools and equip and things are moving quick .
