Landlord CHA Disclosures for Chicago

Does anyone know if disclosures are required to potential tenants about subsidized housing? I am looking into a place in Chicago that has one in each row of units required to be subsidized housing under the CHA (Chicago Housing Authority). The community is highly vetted by the HOA before tenants move in. Do I need to disclose to tenants that there are units that are CHA?
