Can anyone recommend a reputable property management company operating on Long Island, NY?

@Omar Lee it's no different than putting your money with a bank or an investment group. There's always a risk of theft or mismanagement but it's rare, particularly if you hire a professional with a track record.

All rent income and deposits go into my Trust accounts. I collect my fee, pay any bills on behalf of the owner, and then disburse the funds to the owner account. It's all accounted for and every financial transaction is documented and uploaded to a portal where the owner can log in and track at any given time.
