For our new rentals they already have tenants in them.  Do we need to sign new lease with current occupied tenants in California? I remembered I had to sign a new lease for my business in a commercial building taking over the business from someone else and continuing the original term under new owner operation. I am assuming the answer is yes, if so, do we have resources on these type of continuation lease agreement under new landlord on BP?
