Property Management Firms in Chicago

Looking for a quality property management company that will service assets in the suburbs of Chicago. Typical assets will be 10+ units and we plan to scale in next 5-10 years to 100+ DUM (doors under management). Looking for a company that will provide quality property management now and will grow with us over the course of the next 5-10 years. Not interested in companies that will view as an after-thought given that we are relatively new in the MF space. At the same time, not interested in companies that are looking to learn the business with us. Trying to be as specific as possible so as to eliminate time waste on both sides.
