Are properties with tax abatement in NYC area still attractive?

We checked around those tax abatement properties and found out most of the properties with tax abatement are in Brooklyn and LIC, not in Manhattan.

At the same time, we’re aware that there’s a concern about the apartment and condos inventory and oversupply problem.

The pros about NYC are that it is unbeatable with its population and its status as a economic and financial center of the world. Besides the tax abatement is really attractive. We plan to buy and rent out for about 5-10 years and sell it around 5 to 10 years before the due of tax abatement. Any opinion or suggestion?
