Hello Forum, I am a new user but I never thought I would introduce myself with a problem. I am being investigated by the Real Estate Board. I do not know what to expect and I am terrified  . I think I just need some insight as to what to expect and maybe some comforting words...

What do you mean "a foreclosure was issued"? You mean the "notice of default" or "lis pendens" or whatever it is called in FL was filed? So, the tenant is upset you couldn't predict the future?

Further, this tenant would be covered by the "Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act" that gives them 90 days (maybe more) after the foreclosure sale because the lease was signed before the foreclosure was started.
