What Makes You My Tenant?
So last week I posted this:
Didn't get the conclusive answer from Holdman that I wanted... so was hoping someone could tell me what exactly defines a tenant. If you live in a house that I own, and cannot produce a valid lease with the former homeowner, what are you exactly? The word tenant doesn't seem correct.
More to the point... how quickly can I get you out, without doing what the guy in the link below did?
