Two questions:

Bathroom floor, Vinyl plank or tile?

And can I get a recommendation on the type/brand of product others are using for the LVT flooring??

2/ duplex C+ neighborhood

Rent:$ 1600 month

Any insight would help!

Depends....if you plan to HPR and sell the units separate or list it anytime soon for sale I would consider tile.  If you plan to hold it as a rental for quite awhile I would use vinyl plank product like Allure.  I have managed around 500-600 rentals and I have never had to replace more than a plank or two or glue some back down.  It does work and keeps from eating into your profit in units under $1500 each.
