Trash in alley - Suggestions?

Hi all! I just received a call that my rental in Phoenix has trash in the alleyway. It sounds as though I own this area and that the cleanup is my responsibility (despite the fact that it is unlikely it is my tenants creating the issue). So, my question is twofold:

1. Does anyone know of a service that can handle a one-time cleanup?

2. If anyone else has had this issue, can you please provide some advice on how you have addressed it?

Thank you!
